Ino

Ino is an oracle who tells the future using bubbles. She's nice, but also has some unhealthy habits outside of work. Losing most of her magic has made her a bit loopy. She's ok with physical attacks, but her main skill is telling fortunes, which takes a while but can cause lots of effects that turn a battle in your favor.
